[OPLINLIST] Holiday Accrual Policy - Birthdays

Hello!

Do any libraries include employees' birthdays for holiday accrual in your personnel policies? If yes and you can send me the wording in your policy handbook, I would greatly appreciate it! Trying to include this benefit for our staff going forward.
