[OPLINLIST] Vacation Accrual Policy

Hi Stacy,

I've attached our library's vacation policy. Employees accrue on the first of each month based on their weekly hours and how long they have been employed with us. Employees begin accruing vacation time when they are at 10 hours or more per week. The table in Section E of the policy shows how the accruals break down.

I am looking into tweaking our vacation policy for employees. As it is now, employees accrue vacation hours per pay period based on the number of years they have been employed with us. Can you let me know how your library’s vacation policy works? Including any policy verbiage would be greatly appreciated.
