Kathy Barri will kick off the conference on Monday morning. Kathy Barri is an enrolled member of Gaa-miskwaabikaang (Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa)<https://www.redcliff-nsn.gov/?elqTrackId=DE0625C5192FA30FBB860F7E32A464F5&elqTrack=true>. She has served as the Library Assistant for the Ginanda Gikendaasomin (We Seek To Learn) Tribal Library<https://www.redcliff-nsn.gov/library/?elqTrackId=BCA65C94B47BE60FC1615B013FE333F9&elqTrack=true> since 2018, seeing the library through major changes like a move to a new building in 2021 and joining the Northern Waters Library Network<https://redcliff.northernwaters.org/?elqTrackId=4C7B2FB36D0ECEC87E25F0BF95ABC3CA&elqTrack=true> in 2022.
Hear from Stephen Jackson Tuesday morning. As a motivational speaker and founder of Global CommUnity Associates, Stephen brings a wealth of experience in equity, anti-racism, and restorative practices. He values public service and contributing to people’s lives through utilizing both Restorative Justice and Restorative Practices to create positive and safe cultures for organizations and communities.
