Job Summary: Shaker Heights Public Library seeks a collaborative, creative manager to lead our Youth Services team. We are a busy, first-ring suburban library serving a diverse population. The Youth Services Manager develops, coordinates, and directs the library's service to children and teens; oversees the development and maintenance of the children's and teen collections; and supervises the Main Library's Youth Services department in cooperation with the Branch Manager.

The Youth Services Manager models respect, teamwork, appreciation, accountability, and trust. The position supervises staff, fosters innovation, ensures compliance with established standards, and promotes positive relationships with the community and stakeholders.

Hours: Full-time, Exempt position. This position works a variety of day, evening, and weekend hours.
Hiring Pay Range: $59,654-$73,091 salary annually
