Do you want to build inclusive, representative collections and services in your library? One tool to help guide this analysis is a diversity audit. In this course, participants will investigate the role diversity audits play in libraries of all types. Participants will understand the origins of diversity audits, their current usages, and challenges and benefits to utilizing them. Assignments will involve creating your own diversity audit that is unique to your library space and assesses a specific collection or category of interest.
