[OPLINLIST] Recommendations Request: Digital Catalog Display Options

Hello all, 

Our library catalog tablets are reaching the end of their lifespan, and
I am hoping to use grant funding to purchase replacements. I am looking
for a touch-screen display that patrons can use to search the catalog,
and possibly have a customizable screensaver so that we can display
library program information when the screen is inactive. 

There are many options online, so I'm looking for recommendations from
real-world-users. 

What touch-screen catalogs do you currently use? How has the experience
been? How is the screen attached to shelving, or is it free-standing?
How easy/difficult was assembly and technology set-up? 

We do not have power outlets in the stacks, so battery-powered options
ideal. I am looking into routing power from the wall.
