Branch Manager (Full-time - 40 Hours/Week)
FLSA Exempt:  $60,820 - $76,100/year


Stark Library is seeking a Branch Manager for its Lake Community Branch facility, located on the Lake Middle/High School campus. One of Stark Library's busier locations, Lake Community Branch offers a recently renovated interior with study rooms and a meeting room, along with a 24/7 lobby with a holds locker and the traditional library amenities such as a broad collection of materials and business services.

The Branch Manager's primary responsibility will be leading their staff to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons while upholding our mission and values - respect, inclusion, stewardship, and progress.  The ideal candidate will bring experience demonstrating strong people management skills throughout their career along with an understanding of how public libraries operate.
