We have an unneeded 200 to 250 copies (I didn't count them all, but two 
boxes of at least 100 each) of the book:

'You, Me, and the ABCs' by Michael J. Rosen. published by Ohio 
Children's Foundation, 2009.

This 56 page book contains many ideas for adult directed literacy 
activities for children.
