[OPLINLIST] Author Fair

We are considering hosting a local author's fair at our library.
I’m interested in any advice regarding planning and logistics such as how you recruit and select authors, how many authors you typically invite, how you structure the event, and anything you learned along the way that you would recommend doing differently.  We’re still in the early planning stages, so any insight, tips, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate any advice you’re willing to share!
