[OPLINLIST] Pros & Cons for Cybrarian

[Reference]

We are possibly going to change our computer print reservation mgmt
software & are looking into Cybrarian.  We currently use Envisionware.

Does anyone use the Cybrarian software that can give us feedback?
Any detailed pros or cons would be helpful.
