[OPLINLIST] Pros & Cons for Cybrarian

We have been using Cybrarian for the past three years due to the great
pricing in comparison to the other companies with Computer reservation
software.
I will say that the software is a little clunky and sometimes interferes
with our other applications, but overall it does what it is supposed to.
It has helped us to control computer use with the kids and has helped us in
controlling print payments as people would often print and not pay.  We can
view screens if needed and can message computers, control them etc.  You
cannot preview what is on the print unfortunately, but you can see the
pricing and amount of pages and can release it before printing.  Printing
wireless is no problem as well.

One of the BEST features of Cybrarian is the technical support.  It is
always free (no matter how often you call them) and their technician can
fix anything that might be an issue via screen share.  I have been very
