[OPLINLIST] Does anyone do museum passes or the like?

Hello,

If you do offer museum passes, do you have forms patrons fill out to check
them out? What do your forms look like? Do you allow patrons to put holds
on them or are they first come first serve? One per season per family or
other? Are there penalties if they don't get returned on time; if so what
are they? Can the passes be returned in the book return or would they get
lost in the shuffle? Is there anything I am forgetting??

The Archbold Community Library building is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Thursdays from 9:30-8, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30-5:30, and on
Saturdays from 9:30-1:30. Curbside service continues to be available; call
