Good Morning,

The Delaware County District Library is seeking to hire a full-time
Assistant Branch Manager - Youth Services Supervisor.

In this dual-impact role, you will assist in the overall running of
the Orange Branch, a vibrant 33,000 square foot facility, while
directly overseeing the operations, programming, and management of the
Youth Services Department.

We are looking for a visionary who can "open doors to imagination,
knowledge, connection, and discovery" for our patrons - from babies to
teens and their families.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are to provide branch
leadership by partnering with the Branch Manager; provide departmental
oversight by supervising the coordination and delivery of innovative
programs and services for children and teens; provide direct supervision,
mentorship, and leadership to staff; and provide proactive and structured
communication sharing.
