[OPLINLIST] VPATs and VRARs

Good afternoon.

Does anyone have a VPAT (ADA compliance) and/or VRAR (security) request policy/letter/MOU doc that you send to eResource and tech vendors?  If so, would you be willing to share a copy with me?
