Dear Ohio Public Libraries,

The National Maker Collective is an organization started in 2025 to bring
together Makerspaces of all types. We're excited to invite you to our very
first in-person conference, happening July 25, 2026 in Dayton, Ohio.
Registration
is only $50, which includes lunch, coffee/snacks, and even parking! You can
find more information, the link for registration, and our conference
schedule on our conference website
<https://sites.google.com/view/nationalmakercollective/national-maker-collective-conference>.
The
deadline to register is *Friday, July 10th!*

The theme of this year’s conference is Together We Make. We’d like to
celebrate what ALL makerspaces have in common, regardless of the type of
institution or organization you represent. Our conference schedule
<https://sites.google.com/view/nationalmakercollective/national-maker-collective-conference/conference-schedule>
has sessions from libraries of various types as well as community
makerspaces. This is a unique opportunity for makerspace leaders,
educators, workers, and enthusiasts to share what unites us.

If you and/or anyone in your organization are in the region and would like
to spend a fun Saturday meeting other makerspace folks, sharing info,
chatting, learning and generally having an awesome time, we'd love to see
you there on July 25th!

Check out our Discord Channel <https://discord.gg/HBDcPrKAS2> to stay in
touch.

Best wishes,

Sarah
