[OPLINLIST] worried about a child

[Alger Public Library]

Hey all, a worker came to me this afternoon and exclaimed her concern for a
particular child that comes in to the library frequently. She came to the
summer read finale and could hardly stand up without passing out. I am not
sure if I should report it, have my worker report it, because she witnessed
it or if I should leave it alone. I do not know who the parents are and
would only know her address if i looked up her library card. Any advice
would be greatly appreciated.
