Basically a +1 to what Will said, we just switched over in April/May, they seem nice and responsive. No negatives in our short time frame.
We were switching from Mobile Beacon so we have some overlap between our old hotspots and new as annual subscriptions end.
One thing that was interesting/nice was that the sales folks we talked with mentioned that we could use our existing hotspots if we wanted, or buy the replacement hotspots elsewhere and they would send us sim cards for them, so I can buy used hotspots/reuse our expring ones instead of only buying new ones from them.
Have a good day.

We just switched over to Mission Telecom. They are super nice and very responsive when it comes to requests. Just be sure to cancel your subscription with your current hotspot provider. We use T-Mobile, while Mission Telecom uses the T-Mobile network, they
do not bill through them.

Has anyone partnered with Mission Telecom for WiFi hotspots or Chromebooks? If so, would you share your experience? (And if you have a horror story, I'd like those, too!)
Here is the verbiage from a promotion I just received:
Mission Telecom is a nonprofit that helps libraries offer affordable hotspot and Chromebook programs to the public. By providing 4G/5G connectivity with unlimited data and free
CIPA filtering, we help libraries slash their technology budgets by 60%–70%. Below is some basic information.
1. We are a nonprofit dedicated to closing the digital divide with hot spot lending.
2. We are offering a $7.00 unlimited rate plan
3. We provide account management and customer support
4. We support large and small schools and libraries – Boston Public Library, Baltimore Public Library, York County Library, Pottsboro Public Library to name a few.
Thanks for your insight!
