[OPLINLIST] Promotion training videos....????

Hello Everyone!

I am looking for a training video to help all my staff get used to promoting programming, whether they are front-facing or not. I want them to get used to checking weekly for program updates and possibly even the phrasing for how to start conversations with patrons. Does anyone know of a past webinar or training video I can use to accompany my news post to them?
