[OPLINLIST] Puzzle Exchange Set-up

We have a permanent puzzle exchange collection. Some people bring puzzles in
and don't take any, others borrow, but don't necessarily donate. Once we got
started, we have no problem maintaining the collection - we often have to
weed it out because we have more than we have room for. It's very popular.

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Puzzle Exchange Set-up

Hello,

I'm looking into setting up a passive puzzle exchange at our branch
location. Everything I've read online so far suggests setting up a "take
one, leave one" policy, as well as asking participants to make sure their
puzzle is in good condition with all pieces present.

Any libraries out there with a puzzle exchange, I'm looking for general
advice on how to set up and maintain one. Is it as simple as what I've read?
I'd love to hear ideas!

Many thanks,
