Good Afternoon,

The Delaware County District Library is seeking to hire a full-time Human
Resources Specialist to support the Library’s day-to-day HR operations.
Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, you will manage the
recruitment lifecycle, maintain employee records, assist with benefits
administration, and ensure policy compliance across all Library
departments.


   - *Recruitment**:* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all Library
   vacancies.
   - *HR Support:* Process transactions, maintain system-wide staff
   records, and provide day-to-day operational support.
   - *Benefits and Compliance:* Assist with benefits administration and
   rigorously track compliance with HR policies and procedures.
   - *General Assistance: *Provide day-to-day technical and administrative
   support to all departments and ensure consistent application of personnel
   rules.

The pay range for this non-exempt position is $28.00 to $32.00 per hour and
depends on qualifications.  This position will remain open until June 19,
2026.
