[OPLINLIST] state-wide delivery standards

Making sure we have updated procedures in place..
Does anyone have a written procedure or document with information about packing ILL for the state-wide delivery system. I'd like to have something for new employees to reference. We are not a huge library, so all items are handled and packed by one human, with love of course,  nothing is automated.
