With no effort on your part, Wowbrary publicizes your new books, movies, and more to patrons via weekly email newsletters, online lists by genre, animated displays you can put on your website, and optional automatic postings to Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Pinterest, and RSS feeds.
Wowbrary can also integrate with your OverDrive e-books, e-audiobooks, and e-magazines to publicize what’s new in those collections, along with many other resources. Join Paul C. Campbell and Sarah Nagle, co-editors of Librarians as Researchers: Developing our Scholarly Identities<https://www.bloomsbury.com/us/librarians-as-researchers-9781538187951/>, for an interactive webinar discussing librarian researcher identities. Drawing on themes from their book, this webinar is intended to start a conversation.
Campbell and Nagle will begin the session by sharing the origins and key takeaways from their book. They will then facilitate an open discussion with attendees about the real-life challenges and opportunities of engaging in research as part of their professional practice. Attendees will be invited to share some of their specific experiences and share insights on common challenges regarding research. They will conclude the webinar with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to ask questions of the larger group about scholarship and developing a researcher identity.
