[OPLINLIST] Travel accommodations for staff who don't drive?

Good afternoon,

In response to an inquiry, I'm looking to learn how libraries accommodate conference or workshop attendance, offsite meeting participation, and other work activities that require travel, in the case of a staff member who does not drive. How does such a staff member travel to where they need to be?

Also, if your library provides mileage for personal vehicle use for travel to meetings and conferences, does your library also cover the cost of rideshares, public transport, etc. for travel to meetings and conferences?
