Network Services Customer Update - November 11, 2003


Scheduled Maintenance:

Tuesday, November 18, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m.

ITSD network engineers will be replacing a switch on the 15th floor of =
the
Vern Riffe Center.  A 30 minute outage is expected.


Completed Maintenance:

Tuesday, November 11, 3:00 - 6:00 a.m. (Veteran's Day)

ITSD network engineers made routing adjustments on several core routers=
.
This adjustment will provide a more robust fail-over in the event of an=

outage on one of our upstream ISP connections.

ITSD network engineers performed maintenance on an UPS unit at the Rhod=
es
Tower.

ITSD network engineers changed the State of Ohio's primary Internet Ser=
vice
Provider from AT&T to TWT.
