INTRODUCING THE OPLIN CIRCUIT
 
The inaugural issue of The OPLIN Circuit is now available online at the
new OPLIN website (http://new.oplin.org/oplin/circuit/CircuitV1N1.pdf).
You can also reach it by following About OPLIN-->OPLIN News &
Reports-->OPLIN Circuit.  
 
This new newsletter replaces OPLIN Director's Notes, but the mission
remains the same - to keep the management and staff of Ohio's public
libraries aware of current developments at OPLIN, and plans for the
future.  The OPLIN Circuit will only be available online in PDF format,
but readers are welcome to print it out and distribute it at their
library.
 
This inaugural issue of The OPLIN Circuit contains articles on:
