Hello,
Earlier this summer, we purchased access to EBSCO Auto Repair. However,
the database does not appear in the complete listing of EBSCO databases
at http://web8.epnet.com/selectdb.asp and the selection box is grayed
out on http://search3.webfeat.org/oplinsearch.html. When the Auto Repair
Reference Center link is clicked, we receive the following message:
“According to our records, you have no active profiles. Please contact
our Technical support staff at eptech@epnet.com.”
One of our technicians e-mailed EBSCO about this and received this reply.

However, the page given to us by EBSCO allows all remote users access to
the Auto Repair database, whether they put in their library card number
or not. Also, we would like to integrate the database into the standard
listings and not have to use a separate Web page to allow users access
for this single database.
Thanks for your help in resolving this matter.
Please call me if you have any questions.
