[OPLINTECH] Asset Inventory software

We are a mid-size library looking to update our furniture and equipment
inventory software.  We have been using Nutshell but that product is no
longer on the market.   Another library in our consortium uses FATS.  Do
any of you have asset inventory that you recommend?  Any input would be
