[OPLINTECH] Peterson-Thompson Database Errors

Hey, all!

Has anyone used the Testing & Educational Reference Center available through Peterson / Gale?

We've been getting glitches with logins to their version of MyAccount (e.g. accounts not being "remembered" the next day, inability to create accounts, etc.)  When one does finally get in and can take, say, an SAT practice test, we get Session Timeout errors.

I've cleared cookies and allowed third-party cookies.  (Yes, I've got calls into their tech folks).

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience.
