Hi all, 

Does anyone know, off the top of their head, which registry key(s) to
edit 
to force IE to fullscreen?  I'd actually like it to be fullscreen w/ the
f11 
toggle disabled if possible.  I searched the reg for "fullscreen" and 
changed those that appeared to be IE related, but it didn't do a thing.
