[OPLINTECH] Can you identify

Hi,   We are upgrading to T-1s to our branches and I missed spotting the
differences in the cable that connected the old DSUs.  I've attached a
pic of the cable I need can you tell me what it's called in such a way
that I could order one?
   It connects the DSU to a Cisco router.
