[OPLINTECH] Maintenance at the OPLIN Core Hub

On Tuesday July 5, 2004 maintenance will be performed on OPLIN Hub routers.
Work will begin at 5 AM, and should be completely finished by 7AM.  During
this period libraries will each experience some outage but it should be very
brief.
