[OPLINTECH] Overdrive/e-Books question

We are considering using Overdrive to offer e-Books to the patrons of our
county.  Since some of our patrons have computers but no Internet access,
does anyone currently offer access within their library for the downloading
of e-Books either to a laptop or PDA?  If so, how are you doing that and
still maintaining security?
