[OPLINTECH] E-mails not getting through?

OPLIN:

 

Our library has been experiencing problems with e-mail over the past couple
of weeks. The problem seems to be that we are sending out e-mails and some
people are getting them and some are not. We're not receiving any error
messages or anything like that - the e-mails act like they were sent as
normal but the receiver never gets them. As far as virus protection goes, we
are secure with Norton Corporate and are clean. I was wondering if anyone
else was seeing a similar problem. I've contacted OPLIN Support and they are
graciously looking into it.
