[OPLINTECH] Graphics editing software

Currently, our communication assistant is using Microsoft Office and
Publisher to create documents, newsletters, flyers, etc.  At times we have
need to edit another document and needed a graphics editor.

What are your recommnedations for the software package we should consider -
preferably, user friendly with some but not extensive training.
