[OPLINTECH] Gates/Gateway defective monitors issue

FWIW, Gateway replaced at least 3 (and perhaps up to 5 - I can't remember) of
these defective monitors for Lane Public Library over the last 12-24 months. I
think we're out of support on them now, but if your support contract is not
out of time and you're noticing the problem, you should definitely contact the
Gates Foundation and/or Gateway and press for replacement(s).

Gateway may not have MADE the monitors, but they sold them. They're on the
hook for that and should be held accountable. It isn't a matter of them going
the "extra mile", IMO.
