[OPLINTECH] Gates computers and AOL

Starting about a week ago patrons have complained that when they try to
go to aol.com, they are redirected to 
http://cdn-startpage.aol.com/_media/aolcomsp/detection.htm
<http://cdn-startpage.aol.com/_media/aolcomsp/detection.html>  which
appears to be a blank template for the aol start page which uses
directx.
Anyway, if you have Gates computers and you have seen/solved this
problem let me know.
A workaround is to direct patrons to aol.ca
