Similar problems can be caused by a corrupt cache in an HTTP caching =
server. You mentioned that it only happens "when accessing the internet =
through [your] filtering servers". If your filtering servers cache HTTP =
content, you might try flushing the cache both on the caching server AND =
on the workstation(s).
