[OPLINTECH] Update rollup 1 for 2000 service pack 4 (specifically fastfat.sys) breaks ability to save Office doc

Anyone else having trouble with the patch "Update rollup 1 for 2000 service
pack 4" breaking saving to floppies from Office?

Hopefully MSFT "patches the patch" next week or sooner.

I find a few references to this in other newsgroups, but I was wondering if
other sysadmins in libraryland are experiencing this problem? We use the free
MSFT SUS 1.0 (not yet WSUS) as our patching solution, so we're finding we have
to manually remove the rollup on each machine. Ugh!
