Also have a look at MS KB 292504
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;292504 for some
additional policy changes you can apply to Windows XP that are not
necessarily lock downs for IE but will help.

Subject: [OPLINTECH] Locking down Internet Explorer
Hello everybody,
Quick question: Does anyone have, or know where I can find *.adm
templates to use in my Group Policy for our Active Directory that
provides more choices for locking down Internet Explorer pull down
menus then what is provided by defualt.
We do have and use WinSelect for this purpose, but if there is a way
to disable more of Internet Explorer within Group Policy, then I would
prefer this.
Thanks
