Office of Information Technology Customer Update - November 4, 2005

Scheduled Maintenance:

When: Every Tuesday

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

November 15, 22, 29, December 6, 13, 20 - OIT engineers will be
migrating customers to the new Columbus Core Network.  These moves will
be coordinated with the customers by their customer engineers.  

During the migration to the new Columbus Core Network, customer
engineers are planning to work with each agency on current and future
bandwidth requirements.

Note:  There will be no network maintenance scheduled on Tuesday,
November 8, 2005

Completed Maintenance:

November 1 - OIT engineers migrated customers to the new Columbus Core
Network.

Monthly Firewall Maintenance:

When: Third Tuesday of every Month

Next Scheduled Maintenance: November 15, 2005

Time: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

The Network Security Group will be performing firewall maintenance. Less
than three minute outages are expected during the maintenance window.
