Office of Information Technology Customer Update – December 21, 2006

 

 

OIT engineers will be onsite to make sure that the ohio.gov network maintains connectivity to the Internet.

TWTC Emergency Maintenance Columbus

Purpose: Hardware Replacement

Date: 12/22/06 

Time: 12:01 am EST

Duration: 90 minutes

Details: TWTC technicians will be replacing suspect hardware from a TWTC IP network device

Impact:  All Dedicated Internet Customers (OC48, NxT1, T1, Frac T1), Ethernet (EIS), Extended Native LAN (ENLAN) and VersiPak customers terminating in the TWTC Chambers Central Office will experience a 60-90 second loss of IP connectivity at the start of the maintenance window.
