[OPLINTECH] PC to TV converter

Without going into all the details of why it's difficult to convert VGA 
video output to NTSC, does anyone have a favorite brand/model of 
PC-to-TV converter that you have had good success with at 1024x768 VGA 
resolution? One of my libraries teaches classes in a computer lab and 
would like to use an available television for demonstration.
