[OPLINTECH] Countdown to the next version of KnowItNow

          ****August 12, 2006:  New KnowItNow provider software goes
live!  Is YOUR library prepared?**** 

As of August 12, 2006, the statewide KnowItNow service will be migrating
to a newer version of the Tutor.com software  (for librarians, not
patrons) .   We would like this transition to go as smoothly as
possible.   If your library is a provider of the KnowItNow service,
please make sure that you have communicated with your computer tech(s)
and let them know that the new software needs to be installed as soon as
possible.

In order to prepare for this software shift, libraries not only need to
make sure that their participating staff are trained,  but will need to
have the new software installed, especially prior to any training.   You
can access the software and instructions at

you have installed the software but not activated your new accounts yet,
please contact KnowItNow Support (see information, below).
