The ISO image that you're trying to use from theopencd.org is actually a 
conglomerate of various open source software; not just OOo. The latest 
stable release (v2.0.2) for Windows is somewhere around 82MB for the 
compressed file archive, which doubles as the setup executable. That's 
why if you're just interested in OOo, I'd suggest going directly to the 
OpenOffice.org website.
