[OPLINTECH] High Speed Internet Question

Hi folks,

 

     I had a patron ask me about high speed Internet providers.  She is
currently using Time Warner's Road Runner and likes it quite well, but is in
need of a less expensive product with similar capabilities.  I know there
are numerous alternatives.  Any thoughts on what's the best?  Thanks for
your input.
