[OPLINTECH] Dell discount for Ohio State Employees

We just got done meeting with our new Dell Representative. We were given
an updated page for state employees to use to get a discount from Dell
for purchase for home use computers.  With back to school coming up I
thought I would pass it along.  You may pass this along to other
employees in your library.
