[OPLINTECH] Can not change read-only folders (Christopher Brose)

I had check this and it was already on. I have the problem solved now
however. The red box i was seeing is just a MS thing something about
showing the box even if it is not read-only. Anyway the reason I was
looking into it was a program was claiming to not have access to a file
or director path, that it was read-only. Turns out the program was
looking for a file "MyDatabase.zdb" but the file the installation had
put in was "My Database.zdb" I removed the space and "BANG!" it works.
The program was ZoomBrowse EX (ver 2.6), in case anyone else comes
across this problem.
