[OPLINTECH] Check signer machine issues

I have received suggestions from the Fiscal Officers' listerv on this
problem, but so far have not been able to solve it.

We have a Wycom Elite check signer machine.  When our new UAN computer and
printer were installed, the check signer stopped working.  Tests indicate
that the check signer is communicating with the printer but not with the
computer.  Could anyone who knows how to solve this problem please get in
