Do you cache? Who else out there caches? We have a 10mbit connection but
consistently cache 40-60% of our traffic. During the week OPLIN will be
measuring bandwidth utilization, we're going to try turning caching OFF in
order to provide a clearer view of our needs. Going from a 4.5mbit to 10mbit
connection made a world of difference to us, but we need more. :-)
