[OPLINTECH] 4 (More or less) Gates PC's available for OPLIN Libraries

Community Library has (4) Gates PC's,  to pass on.
They came to us 3/07 from Jim Mann at Greene County Public Library.

They served us well, but unfortunately now have a bit more were n, tear.

Nothing insurmountable.
One has a bad NIC, so it ran off the network.
Another a bad hard drive so it just sat there.

Both are fixable, but we are moving on.
The NIC is easy, the other could probably have a ghost from a good hard 
drive.

As they are Gates PC's they probably should only go to an OPLIN library.

We are located near Rt 3 and Rt 36/37. Generally a bit NE of Columbus.
